Mid-weight UX Developer
Are you a Mid-weight UX Developer with a strong background in web technologies?

We’re looking for someone to join our expanding development team based in Wokingham, Berkshire.
As our Mid-weight UX Developer, your main duties will include researching, developing and improving the UX for our cognitive capabilities and AI solutions within a commercial environment as well as conceptualising new ideas and techniques to help the business exceed client expectations. You will be required to conceptualise and build inspiring and engaging user interfaces that maximise user retention and sentiment. To do this, you will work closely with our passionate and multi-disciplined Technology team, you will be liaising effectively with the developers, product owners, project managers and of course the wider UX team.

At least three years’ experience in a similar role
Ability to hand-code HTML, CSS & JS to a world-class standard
Knowledge of CSS pre-processors (ideally SASS)
Excellent understanding of platform specific UI & UX principles
Experience in mobile development
Extensive experience of cross-browser compatibility and web standards
Extensive site-optimisation skills
Excellent knowledge and experience of using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
Knowledge of pre-development processes e.g. conceptualisation, wireframing and prototyping
Knowledge of working in rapid development and agile practices
Experience of working in an agency environment
Proven creativity, with excellent attention to detail
