Account Director (Client Services)
As Account Director, you will lead a client account, or set of accounts, within the agency, ensuring that they are profitable, and growing. You will take responsibility for the delivery of quality output that meets the client’s needs and addresses their business problems, and must champion that work. You will do so through the effective management of your own team. You will have the ability to lead and inspire others inside and outside the agency. You will regularly be involved with pitches for new business, approaching these with both a digital, creative and commercial mindset. Not afraid to roll your sleeves up, you will be a ‘doer’ as well and pro-active and creativre.
You will be expected to provide strategic counsel whilst having a good understanding of your clients’ business and pain points; you will contribute fresh perspectives and new ideas; challenge thinking and provide high-value guidance. There is a significant focus on integrated communications, creative strategy, technology and design.
With exceptional people-management skills, first-rate knowledge of industry trends and client brand guidelines, and excellent attention to detail, you will be required not only to provide exceptional tactical and day-to-day account support, but also to strategically and proactively develop and grow the account, extending opportunities with new clients and across new geographical boundaries.
